Each team member needs their own Power BI license ($11/month/user). And we can set it up to limit what a specific user can see in the dashboard.
Many of my clients give restricted access to clinical directors or administrators. Most of them use screenshots for clinician evaluations rather than giving every clinician their own access, but it can work either way. -
Yes! Many of my clients add more to their dashboard when they think of views or metrics they need to see. Some of these can be added at no additional cost when we have our quarterly meetings (for Starter & Growth plans). Other larger changes can be quoted beforehand.
For the Analytics Partner plan, all future updates are included. -
We monitor your dashboard and fix most issues proactively. If something doesn’t look right, we work with you to solve the issue.
